8th Annual Benefit Event Nets $20,000 for Leadership & Music Conservatory Programs

Wind & Jazz Ensembles to Perform at Pike's Peak Festival

The Leadership & Music Conservatory Wind & Jazz Ensembles will perform at the prestigious Cavalcade of Music International Winds Festival, May 1st – May 3rd in Colorado Springs, Colorado. 

The performances follow world class event appearances at Carnegie Hall in 2004 and the Kennedy Center for the Performing Arts in 2006. 

Largest Attendance Ever at "Celebration of Excellence" Concert & Benefit Auction Finale!

Nearly 500 supporters of the Tarpon Springs High School Leadership & Music Conservatory turned out on Friday, March 28, at the luxurious Innisbrook Resort & Golf Club in Palm Harbor for final phase of this year's benefit.  Performances by the acclaimed Wind, Jazz & Percussion Ensembles and food sampling from the areas' finest restaurants were featured. All proceeds will be used to directly benefit Conservatory students as they seek to raise the $70,000 necessary to represent Tarpon Springs at the prestigious Cavalcade of Music International Winds Festival at Colorado Springs in May.
